After a couple of weeks I can already tell a difference in cravings and energy levels. I’m so happy with it.
I'm a distance runner and was very intrigued by the carb storage/glycogen claim about dihydroberberine. After 3 weeks of use, I'm starting to tell a difference in several things. More energy in the afternoon (particularly when I'm used to the afternoon crash), better sleep - according to my Garmin, and coincidentally my runs are taking less effort than before and had a recent PR in a half marathon.
Been taking for a few weeks now and WOW WOW WOW! My energy is up and I can tell the difference in how my body is regulating sugar. Two doses per day and no GI stress for me! Awesome product!
