Personal Nutrition Coaching
60-minute Personal Nutrition Coaching (PNC) session includes:
- A comprehensive, individualized, one-on-one consultation with a Health Coach where we discuss goals, lifestyle and motivators for change
- A three-day food diary (submitted prior to meeting) analysis which summarize your protein, fat and carbohydrate intake, as well as important vitamins and minerals, with recommendations given to improve your diet based on your goals.
- Assistance with meal planning and grocery shopping
- Handouts geared towards your unique goals (such as eating out, snack and meal ideas, handling cravings, grocery lists, plant-based nutrition, etc).
Healthy Living Personal Nutrition Coaching Package
This package is ideal for individuals managing chronic health conditions, looking for assistance adopting and maintaining lifestyle changes, or anyone who would like to feel held accountable throughout their weight loss journey.
- This package includes a 45-minute introduction session, followed by a 5 pack of 30-minute sessions, scheduled at your desired frequency and convenience

Weight Loss & Nutrition Package
This 3-month package combines the guidance of a coach with the power of your own personal food app and several nutrition-focused physical assessments that help determine how many calories your body uses each day, allowing us to recommend a safe and realistic number to help achieve your goals.
This package includes:
- Resting Metabolic Rate assessment (RMR), determines your body’s basic caloric needs at rest
- BOD POD® (pre and 3 month follow up), determines body fat and lean body mass
- Personal Nutrition Coaching (pre and 2 month follow up with weekly food log reviews and suggestions from the Nutrition Coach)
Performance & Nutrition Package
This package is ideal for those in training for a triathlon or marathon, or any other athlete/exercise enthusiast wanting to work out more effectively and efficiently. You will work alongside a coach to define your training zones and cardio fitness levels while also receiving help nutrition recommendations to maximize your training
This package includes the following services
- VO2 Max
- BODPOD (pre and 3 month follow up)
- Personal Nutrition Coaching (pre and 2 month follow up)
